Das Alte Polizeipräsidium ist ein 1911 bis 1914 errichtetes Verwaltungsgebäude in Frankfurt am Main, das von 1914 bis 2002 Sitz des Frankfurter Polizeipräsidiums war und unter Denkmalschutz steht.
Im März 2018 wurde der Verkauf des Alten Polizeipräsidiums durch das Land Hessen für 212,5 Millionen Euro an die Düsseldorfer Gerchgroup bekannt gemacht. Der Erlös soll in Wohnungsbau und Bildung investiert werden. Geplant ist die Sanierung des Altbaus und ein Neubau-Ensemble mit Wohnungen, Büros, einem Hotel, sowie einer Kindertagesstätte und einer Turnhalle. Der Baubeginn ist für das Jahr 2022, die Fertigstellung für 2026 geplant. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein über 15.000 m² großes Grundstück. Dem Verkauf des Areals war ein Streit um den Verkaufspreis zwischen der Stadt Frankfurt und dem Land Hessen vorausgegangen.

The Old Police Headquarters is an administrative building in Frankfurt am Main, built between 1911 and 1914, which was the seat of the Frankfurt Police Headquarters from 1914 to 2002 and is a listed building.
In March 2018, the sale of the Old Police Headquarters by the State of Hesse to the Düsseldorf-based Gerchgroup for 212.5 million euros was announced. The proceeds are to be invested in housing and education. The plan is to renovate the old building and construct a new ensemble with apartments, offices, a hotel, as well as a daycare center and a gym. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022, with completion in 2026. In total, the site covers more than 15,000 m². The sale of the site was preceded by a dispute over the sales price between the City of Frankfurt and the State of Hesse.
