sour cream apple pie

this is my first attempt at a recipe I came across recently. the butter for the crumb topping got too soft and melty, and I think the pie was underbaked (even though some of the apple pieces got burnt), so I will have to try this again. I used golden delicious apples and light sour cream, so maybe that affected how watery the filling got. flavor-wise, it was yum.
