Elakala Falls - explore
My other stop in my travels yesterday - last year there were two photographers (young men, though I'm sure that had nothing to do with their behavior :)) who parked themselves right at the base of the falls and remained there for at least an hour. Forget that there were three other photographers who wanted shots. And don't worry about the fact that the two did far more talking than they did shooting.
This time, there were only three of us, and everyone stayed out of each others' shots.
Last year, I couldn't get a sharp shot and my tripod was a joke. This year, I conquered focus problems and replaced the tripod - next to figure out how to keep mist off my lens during a 5 second exposure. I was soaked after shooting here for an hour or so.
Thanks everyone for your views and comments!
