Grey Catbird 5.25.14
Not only is there a grey catbird in my urban environment, but I have discovered a couple upstate. I captured one of them here in the bush. He likes to hang around the lawn, and didn't seem too scared of me. Glad for this discovery. Just have to work on getting closer captures! A fascinating bird. As a side, I also discovered that we now have several American Robins here too! Two especially like to hang around the lawn by the house. Have to work on photographing them as well. They aren't bothered by my presence, or by Macy's. Not that she tries to run after them anyway. Apparently, she just loves to watch birds and their activity.
