Zen Stairs

Three minutes walk from busy Shinjuku station in Tokyo, there is a Buddhist temple named Byakurengedo which has a beautiful spiral staircase. The temple is open to the public and it’s nice to taste the “zensational” silence in the building, escaping from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
