Essa é a praia de Grumari, no Rio de Janeiro. Eu havia combinado com a modelo realizar o ensaio na praia do Recreio, que fica bem perto de Grumari. Mas ao encontrá-la e percebendo o tempo nublado vimos que precisaríamos de uma praia realmente bonita e que não dependesse tanto do tempo. De comum acordo partimos para o Grumari onde realizamos o ensaio fotográfico. Já no final notei que um outro fotógrafo pediu ao casal que ele estava fotografando, que caminhassem na praia. Não perdi a oportunidade, no início desse mesmo ano eu já tinha feito fotos nesse estilo com uma dançarina do ventre, nessa mesma praia e o resultado tinha sido lindo. Assim que o casal voltou, pedi então à modelo que caminhasse perto da água. Tirei algumas fotos e em todas pude ter a mesma luz e cor, porém nesta específica, a beleza da modelo e do crepúsculo se somaram aos olhares opostos do surfista e da modelo, que pareciam ter combinado para compor essa bela imagem.
