Autumn Ferns

So, at the risk of these autumn pictures getting a bit samey, I’m uploading one more! But I really like this one and think it’s the best of the recent series. What do you guys think?

All these recent pictures were taken in a pine forest which is ok but what you really want at this time of year are deciduous trees. I was in the New Forest, and I did try to get some pictures in a beautiful place with a mixture of birch and oak trees, but the weather just wasn’t with me. You can literally be in the best places but if the light isn’t right, it’s hard to get good pictures! Maybe next time!

Back in Essex now and looking for those last Autumn pictures – Anyone got any good locations in north Essex they want to share?
