chasing ice

I find the ice formations on the lake shore beautiful and fascinating. This winter was really up and down so I was trying to catch the ice during the right conditions.

 

Title borrowed from a documentary film about the efforts of nature photographer James Balog to show the effects of climate change. It is an incredible and eye opening documentary.
