Strange Rocket

I think this looks a bit like the nozzles of a rocket firing at take-off, only upside down and with some weird gravity effects, and the jets aren't actually coming out of the nozzles! It is a fountain outside the McLennan Physics Lab at U of T, which I didn't know existed until that night (which is strange, since I go to U of T and live across the street).
