the lushest time of year
I'm taking a brief break from packing to post this. I'll soon be moving from NW to SE Portland, which means I'll no longer be two blocks from Forest Park. I'll miss that close proximity. Not just the hiking trails (which I didn't take of advantage of nearly enough), but also the cool, fresh, decidedly green scent that the breeze always has in my neighborhood.
Sigh. I guess I can still visit.
