J'ai des déconnexions fibre récurrentes, coupure totale, télé, internet, etc, et les techniciens n'arrivent pas à trouver pourquoi ni à réparer ma ligne. Je comprends maintenant les abonnés qui se plaignaient du service après-vente, à cette époque je n'avais aucun souci. Encore une auourd'hui. J'en ai assez de passer des heures à communiquer par SMS avec des techniciens pour rien. Je vais signaler la déconnexion d'aujourd'hui. Mes deux box ont été changées, et pas d'amélioration. Le dernier technicien qui était venu voulait changer le boitier fibre à la prochaine panne. J'espère qu'il sera écouté et que ce sera fait, et qu'enfin je pourrai retrouver un fonctionnement normal. Parce que des pannes récurrentes elles aussi de la télévision sont apparues... je n'ai pas envie de changer de fournisseur, tout allait bien avant, ça devrait pouvoir revenir à la normale, non ?!!!!

I have recurring fiber disconnections, total outages, TV, internet, etc., and the technicians cannot find why or repair my line. I now understand the subscribers who complained about after-sales service, at that time I had no worries. Another one today. I'm tired of spending hours texting with techs for nothing. I will report today's disconnection. My two boxes were changed, and no improvement. The last technician who came wanted to change the fiber box at the next outage. I hope that it will be listened to and that it will be done, and that finally I will be able to return to normal functioning. Because recurring television outages have also appeared... I don't want to change provider, everything was fine before, it should be able to return to normal, right?!!!!
