Assignment 10: City Council Meeting & Issue Discussed
Note: This man was more confused about what in the world I was trying to do than anyone ever has been before. I tried to explain that I was a photo student and he didn't understand what I was saying, plus they're doing construction on the shopping center that his store is in so it was very, very loud outside. Poor man, he looks so confused in this picture.
