Spirit Rafts

Raft me away,
protect my spirit,
from tests and toils,
clinging to,
securing me,
while I learn to endure,
life’s struggles,
raging seas,
transport my soul,
across the ocean of life,
alone,
only with,
my inner strengths,
only what I stand in,
binding tree bones,
wrapped,
knitted,
tied,
lashed together,
securing my escape,
from the inner prison,
heavy shackles,
slavery,
from my own,
insistent self.

Rafts are floating platforms usually constructed of wood (tree bones), transporting souls across large bodies of water to other destinations.

This wood (tree bones), is usually bound, knitted, woven, tied, knotted together by natural materials such as vines, strips of animal skin, woven fabrics, thread or rope.

Spirit Raft’s are a tool to assist an individuals higher nature to escape the isolation, slavery, stigmatisation or imprisonment by the insistent self/lower nature. A Spirit Raft is a construction that floats out on the ocean of life so an individual can cling to, or rest on, or stay secure while enduring and experiencing the struggles and tests towards being awake.
