ANCESTREE HEALING ...Artistree by tteerriitt 2
Spiritual/physical definition;
Artistree…
Artistic expression in any medium, form, exhibiting united levels of beauty, story, truths, spirits, bound together with quality workmanship.
Added to each image in this album are their inspired stories to this emerging family HISHERTREE.
Just down High Road from the Roundhouse prison Fremantle in Western Australia is this stunning little building tucked between many others still standing all these years later. The beautiful architectural facade still brimming with grace and well crafted masonry, timber and glass forms.
Raglan Jarvis, eldest son of my great great Grandfather Henry Martin Jarvis was a builder in the Fremantle area.
So many of the buildings still standing in and around Fremantle were built by my ancestors. This image is of an old building in Fremantle City Centre with a superimposed sea shell radiating out like sunbeams of light and hope sprinkled with tiny sand grands letting us all know that time is running out.
Only a few sand grains left before humanity has no other choice but to grow up and start taking responsibility for what it has abdicated to others for far too long.
Urgent time to shake of all trauma including ancestral trauma.
The facade reflects the beauty of what was of the past.
Made out of the raw materials abundant at those times when first constructed. The profound craftsmen that chipped, chopped and sawed through rocks in quarries, tree mills scattered around the local areas.
Facade are like faces; they reflect what is going on inside. as with buildings you can usually imagine what is inside and what function is being carried out.
Builders and Masons and Architects and Carpenters and Loggers and Labourers all united in their own pulling from the natural environment that had been untouched for thousands and thousands of years other than the gentle impact of the Indigenous peoples footsteps united as one in this sacred land.
Each image and story I have chosen a word title that would have been spelt in English with "try" at the end like ancestry, carpentry, or infantry. I have added "tree" to replace the "try" and then taken their dictionary meanings that are only ever describing the outside physical world and married some spiritual elements.
For me this is adding the culture of the spirit light back into the English language.
The human beings body lives in the outside world of the physical but their inner self lives in the realm of spirit.
