Lulu Dagma Allen (nee Jarvis) family *

(A lot of this information is incorrect...I wrote this all before I did my research...check my Ancestory.com site for correct details)

Lulu Dagma Allen (nee Jarvis)

born June 1880, Southwark, South Australia

died 19/1/1948, Stratheane Rest Home, 193 Stanmore Road, Stanmore, Sydney

(it says on her death certificate that Thomas Allen was a widow when she married him....I have not found anything to verify that yet)

 

Lulu's family came from Hindmarsh, Adelaide S/Australia

her siblings were Alpha, Clytie, Jack, Omega.

Jack was supposed to have become a wealthy or prominent land owner in S/Australia

Jack could also be a nickname for James.

 

Alpha and Omega are the first and the final letters of the Hebrew alphabet.

(Omega...the last letter of the Greek alphabet...is often used to denote the last, the end, or the ultimate limit of a set, in contrast to Alpha, the first letter of the Greek alphabet. The family story is that Lulu came across with her older sister Clytie Jarvis to work as house maids in the Gold fields around Kalgoolie W/Australia.

Lulu's father was supposed to have married twice and was a well known school teacher in his community.
