At that moment the child can reclaim their own dignity and their own inner nobility back from continuous shattering and torment every time a slide down that “snake” happens dragging them back into the clutches of the ancient instinct brain.

 

The ancient instinct brain was needed as a safety net when humanity was in the child stage of development but human beings now maturing at a rapid rate need new skills to strengthen their inner capacities so each and every one of us can build strong resilient social, emotional and spiritual inner selves.

 

BEFORE PLAYING THE GAME...

 

Show the child diagrams 1 to 4 and discuss each part of the human brain and what each separate brains main jobs and learning styles are.

 

Children need to know we have three main brains and each one has a very different part to play. We all need to know how stress experienced in our daily lives gets processed by the different parts of our human brain.

 

Each part of the human brain also has a major learning style attached to it and children love to know that information also.
