birds on the mountain rond de jambe en l'air...

wind flowing,

swirling,

ebbing up,

up the mountain,

wind streams,

forming,

spiraling,

invisible to the eye,

whirlpools of air,

blowing around,

through,

into every crevice,

gently holding the Shrine,

with tapped fingers,

swirling around,

around the golden Dome,

forming many diverse streams,

racing upwards,

hidden to the eye,

but for the birds,

birds dancing in,

through,

around,

grande,

Jeté entrelacé,

Fouetté,

Pas de quatre,

Arabesque,

Pirouette,

Chaînés,

Chassé,

Rond de jambe en l'air,

finding just that right stream,

finally,

sitting a top the spear,

perfect point,

balance,

dropping,

into the perfect center,

still,

centered,

at rest,

until,

ebbing wind streams forcing,

forcing back into flight,

others step up,

attempting,

same move,

only pulled back,

within the fine,

invisible,

gentle fingers of air,

streaming up,

up the Terraces,

sculpted into Mt Carmel,

dancing,

singing,

around the Dome,

Shrine of the Bab,

aglow,

late afternoon sunlight.
