dead Jarrah trunk,

cut down,

some years back,

not that long ago,

small sapling grows,

out of remnant life,

mother tree,

she grew,

within might forest,

thousands of years,

before falling,

to chainsaws teeth,

from might stock,

child still holds onto life,

growing up out,

same sacred soil,

in the shadow,

of humanities lusts and greed,

love persists,

against all other odds.
