Stories needing cooking,

Bringing to the boil,

Left simmering,

Tender and sweet,

Then eaten,

Slowly chewed,

Swallowed,

To nurture,

Embodying man,

Spirit, soul and mind,

Healing through acceptance,

Acknowledgment,

And kind.
