a new sun rising

new sun rising in this land this morning,

up from behind the bush and country a new day dawns,

time for justice speak,

sorry for past astrocytes,

inflicted onto a mighty people of the land,

rooted deeply into time and spirit,

by an older colonial rule…

 

soft coloured clouds imprisoned,

in sharp talon’s to be freed on this,

new sun rising in this land this morning.
