Uniformity is not unity

Is easy to be a blind follower

Tis easy to just except a leader

It is not wise and it’s not safe

But to have unity becomes

Is all having a voice regardless of idea

All being present and listen

All reflect on diversity of thought

Then and only then the collective

Create a plan and all work hard

To make it work

Unity is not uniformity

Is not easy to be awake and detached

Tis not easy to except the collective voice

It is wise and it’s safe

But to have unity becomes

True civilisation
