New Mossberg 500 Persuader 12ga Shotgun

I just got my new Mossberg 500 shotgun out of lay-away. My wife Des wanted to go with me when I got it. We had fun driving there and back (100min round trip) because we were brainstorming story ideas.

I love the look of this gun. The barrel and magazine are equal length and it has a good weight. I will customize it some once I get a reel feel for firing it and decide what it needs to work for ME better.

This is a Christmas present for myself.

 

I have been incrementally buying 12 gauge ammunition and I included all of it in this pic. I can't wait to take this puppy to the range! I want to pick out a name for this American made beauty. My 20ga shotgun (also a Mossberg) is named, Thundercracker.
