Tangled
I played around with this little hawthorn tree trying to see what worked and what didn’t. I got low in the grass and focused on the tree and then the fun started. Toby and Oscar beside me, Toby had no option as he was hooked on to a carabina attached to a belt loop. Oscar can be trusted to stick to my side devotedly, Toby on the other hand has always been an independent soul and wanders off. This was never a problem when younger, he didn’t go too far and a whistle would bring him back. However now he is very shortsighted and nearly deaf so his wanderings can be a world of his own, I’ve learnt with experience to keep him attached. As I got down in the grass Toby decided its time for a fun roll, still attached to his lead he got tangled up and started to pull me over. An untangle and a belly scratch got things put right in order to get the photo.
