Piercing
I was not on a photography mission, I’m walking the dogs, so it was snap away enroute. No chance to go off piste with Oscar in tow he’ll not have. As soon as the going gets rough, e.g, leave the path, he’ll stop, stare to see where I’m heading and then he’ll be off running around looking for a path to cut me off at the pass sort of thing. There never is that magic path so I have to quickly get back to the path and call him back. Toby on the other hand would follow me wherever, when he was younger, now he just stops and watches me disappear into the undergrowth.
