Essential float (4)

Apparently the construction theme was related to the fact that they have new premises under construction opening in October.

 

They were playing very loud music so the organisers pulled the float out of the parade to park next to us for a while to drown out the crowd behind - see the "Christian Charity" photo if you don't know what I mean.
