Tranquil

I am always fascinated by these little boats which ply on the River Hooghly in Kolkata probably from times immemorial.These boats were immortalised by the 1972 classic movie Amar Prem in which superstar Rajesh Khanna seranaded the beautiful Sharmila Tagore while floating in one of these with the iconic Howrah Bridge looming in the distance.
