My Manx Goldie 1990
Just to show that Dad did not have the monopoly on cool machines. This photo was taken on an epic run from London via Birmingham to Prestatyn for a Rockers do. I won best Rocker then rode back to London with a mate called Taff. He was on a Mk 1 Le Mans. I blew off a GS 750 Suzuki and Norton Rotary Commander just before the Nant-y-Garth pass near Ruthin. Once in the twisty pass they couldnt catch me. I lost Taff too. We finally met up in Llangollen. We went down via Montgomery, Ludlow, Stockton on Teme and Oxford. Got to the Brick Lane Bagel about 1.30 am.
