What's hot at Pok Pok: onions, top, and muu sateh (pork loin skewers marinated in coconut milk and tumeric) cook over charcoal, and a dish of Yam Khai Dao (crispy fried egg salad with Chinese celery, carrots, onions, garlic Thai chilies, cilantro with lime and fish sauce.)
