Math Gates installation

RSU 38 district math coordinator Sarah Caban (in red, at right) leads Mount Vernon Elementary School students in an activity that combines lessons in art and math. Caban and art teacher Dona Seegers have team-taught math and art this school year, a collaboration that resulted in an interactive hallway installation called The Math Gates.
