Munich Culinary Speciality
Weißwürste (white sausage) with sweet mustard and a Breze (pretzel) served with a Dunkel (Munich dark beer, which gets its dark colour from burnt malt, the most popular beer in Munich within the 19th century).
I actually had a blooper when I ordered this set. We didn't know how to say these in German so we just keep on pointing other people's order while on queu. Then, I also pronounced the beer's name as if I'm saying "thanks" (Danke) to the lady at the counter. She gave me a quizzy look and then courteously asked me if I want a Dunkel. I just blushed and laughed at myself. :))
Anyway, don't leave Munich without tasting this interesting combo. :D
