The Messeturm
"Fair Tower" in German, it is the second tallest building (was the tallest in Europe when it was completed in 1997, but was overturned by Commerzbank Tower also in Frankfurt) in Germany and the European Union. It set a world record for the longest continuous concrete pour during the construction of its building's foundation. Ninety trucks poured concrete for 78 hours into the 6 meters (20 feet) deep foundation.
It has a pyramid on the very top that makes it most remarkable among other usual skyscrapers.
Took this shot just right after a meeting. Our office location, fortunately, offers a nice view of the city. :)
