Training for human castles in Tarragona

The picture shows people training for building human castles (castells) in Tarragona. It's a catalan tradition. The group on the photo is Colla Jove Xiquets de Tarragona (ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colla_Jove_Xiquets_de_Tarragona).
