Life drawing (15/5/2019)
I was about 30 minutes late to the life class today, due to work commitments. It turned out that I'd only missed one pose as they had started with a 30 minute one and I arrived just in time for the start of the second pose, also a 30 minute one.
The model was Eleanor, for about the fourth time since I started attending the class (and the first since mid-February).
I started with a pencil sketch (HB and 3B, I think) in my brand new A4 sketchbook, taking about 10 minutes on that before going on to do some other sketches from the same pose in different media.
I returned to this sketchbook for my main sketch of the second pose (numbering from the point where I joined the class). This was the first of several 5 minute poses, and I spent about 4 minutes on this sketch.
