Breakfast. I don't do shakes for breakfast often, but today I felt the need. 8oz water, 4oz milk, 3 egg whites, tablespoon of peanut butter, half cup of oats, scoop of chocolate casein and ice. So good. #breakfast #postworkout #bodybuilding #fitness #fit4
