364/365 ~ Ending Credits
I will not have time to do a big speech for the photo 365, so I'll do on this one.
I haven't done the last photo, but I'm gonna succeeded this project. And I'm very proud of myself. I am ashamed of many photos, but there's some that I find not so bad. Moreover I have a picture of each days of 2010, and I can remember of each days just by seeing the picture: what I was thinking, why I've done this picture, which mood I was, etc. In five, ten years I'll still have all these photos, and I'll still have a vision of how I was in 2010.
But all this couldn't have been possible without your support. I want to say a HUGE THANKS to everyone. Thank you for your comments, for your encouragement. I thought sometimes to stop this project but each time I had friends, colleague, or unknown people on Flickr who encouraged me to continue. So, thank you everybody, really.
We started this project with Guilhem, and Seb, just to try to boost our creativity. Now that it's gonna be over, I realize that I learn a lot, and doing a photo every day was an habit. It was part of my usual life.
A usual day was to go to the work with my camera and my four primes in my backpack, thinking about photos all day long. Between 6:30PM and 8:30PM I was at home. Then I had to setup everything, go to do the photo. When the photo was done, then I could eat. And I imposed myself some rules. Every day, I had to be prepared for the editing of the photo at 11PM, and it had to be finished at midnight.
I liked to have a one day delay, because I could see the photo I'd done the day before with a fresh mind.
All this rules were difficult to follow at the beginning. I can notice that some of the last photos were more technical, and I took less time than some of basic photos I did in the first days. So, it obvious, I learnt a lot with this project.
I learnt about photo technics, but about myself too. I still don't know what to say and to think when someone say to me that he like my photos, but right now I'm a little bit more confident when I'm dealing with photography.
I triggered a camera every single days of 2010. I have around 7000 photos on my computer for 2010. I will print all the 365 photos on a book for myself, because this project was mainly for myself. And next year, I don't know precisely what I'll do, but I want to spoil some films with my other cameras !
