A continuing series of pictures showing the building of Highway 101 Expansion Project, between Rohnert Park and Cotati, Ca in different stages. Less traffic at night, allows Cal Trans to shut down the section of Commerce Blvd. that leads to the other side of 101, by going under the overpass. Here a small crew continues foundation work of what will become a freeway sound wall.
