Atlas-F ICBM

Unlike more modern silo-based missiles, which can be launched from inside their underground silos, the Atlas had to be raised to the surface before launch. For the model this has the advantage that I could build both the missile and part of the launch facility. The silo was made using reinforced concrete, with a tan colour. On the surface it was surrounded by tarmac.
