This set of 5 images was taken this morning from my office window as the sunrise progressed.
It was beautiful - you know when the sky is very dark but there's the beginnings of deep red colouring in the clouds that there's a good chance of some stunning colours as the sun rises, and I wasn't disappointed.
I unleased the arsenal on this - 5D mark 2, 7D, Canon 24-70L, Canon 100L and Sigma 120-400OS :)
I also admit to doing something I don't normally do - I put a soft gradient on most of these and deliberately spiked the blue levels quite considerably. Over the top? Maybe, but I quite liked the effect, at least today anyway!
