Tahu Tauhid, Lembang

In this big boiling vat, the blocks of white tofu become yellow. I don't know what's in there, but this tofu when fried is so nice, you can eat it all by itself. Local people call it "asin" (salty), but it does not taste salty to me. However, it's definitely not plain old tofu!
