Jennifer asked if I wanted to walk through the campground part of Mason Lake Recreation Area -- I said sure. I hadn't been over in this area since long before Grandma and Grandpa died, and since we used to go here camping with them annually as kids, it gave me a sort of strange feeling. Something between vague sadness and nostalgia.
