The iPad is one of the first Apple developed tablet computers to hit the market in 2010. Similar in functionality to its smaller counterparts, the iPhone and iTouch, the iPad runs on same OS as the iPhone and contains a custon A4 chip. The iPad screen measures 9.7 inches and is a LED backlit multi-touch with either 16-64GB of flash stroate, Bluetooth, 802.11n Wi-Fi and optional 3G.
