20090704 Lhasa - Potala

Waiting for my muesli-and-coffee breakfast (don't expect sandwiches in Tibet) on the rooftop terrace of our hotel, I made this impression.

Note: this is only half the truth: I left away ugly housing blocks, water tanks and solar collectors that block the view. Instead I added more greenery in the foreground.

 

This is the way every tourist wants to see the Potala.
