Breakfast Cereal
I think this is the Cribellate spider (Nigma walckenaeri) eating a Cereal Fly (Opomyza florum) in a fine web across a concave Ivy leaf in my garden (Ipswich, VC25 East Suffolk, TM166450) on 26 July 2015. ID of fly thanks to Tony Irwin.
I changed the title from Giant Killer to Breakfast Cereal when Tony identified the fly as Opomyza florum, the Yellow Cereal Fly. The photo was taken at about 8:30 am - breakfast time.
