Into the Wintry Woods
Yesterday there was a break in the squalls where we actually saw the sun for an hour or two. It was a perfect day to strap on the snowshoes and get lost in the wintry woods. We have so many trails in our city that it is sometimes hard to choose which one to walk. This trail leads us along a river and then up some hills to get to the top of a waterfall. It was a good workout and thankfully most of it was downhill on the way back to the car. . I am grateful I have my hubby to keep me company.
