Rock Wren singing

A Rock Wren broadcasts its song at Red Rock Coulee Natural Area. The orange Elegant Sunburst Lichen (Rusavskia elegans, formerly known as Xanthoria elegans) is common on the large concretions at that protected area some 50 km south of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.
