Nashville Warbler on snow

Although named after the city of Nashville, Tennessee, USA, this species only frequents that area on migration. The breeding range of Nashville Warbler has two separate areas: one in Canada (from Nova Scotia to west-central Alberta) and northeastern USA, the other in the western USA. This individual was a late sighting, being found in the Canadian Rockies in Canmore, Alberta, in October.
