End of a Summer's Day
It wasn't particularly hot yesterday, though we've had a warm spell of weather. But that's to be expected in a Tasmanian summer. This is the view of last night's sunset overlooking Launceston. In the plain below we can see the golden light reflected in the curve of the North Esk River. A circus tent sits waiting to pull in the crowds. And the city lies in the valley and the hills beyond.
