Get a rocket up ya!
The title is a popular Australian colloquialism expressing the need to get lit or fired up. Here on Hobart's waterfront it is used to advertise the ferries which take people from here and up the Derwent to the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It perfectly reflects the quirkiness of MONA owner David Walsh's artistic sense of humour. That is also shown in the main entrance to the gallery when you arrive.
