Days of Our Lives
I decided to upload a couple of photographs from my father's hospital room at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Since I can't use Capture One 20 on my laptop, I've applied minimal processing, so these photos today are pretty much straight out of camera. I may straighten them one day, but in the end I doubt it matters. They convey a moment in time as time is growing short.
And that's the reason for this title. My father would never have seen a single episode of "Days of our Lives", but the opening lines of the show apply perfectly to what we are going through at the moment; "Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives." www.youtube.com/watch?v=98T3PVaRrHU
This digital clock keeps track of the date and time in Room 25 of the Rehab Ward at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
