Feel your food, just be present

I'm always acquiring some Life-Knowledge (Ayur-Veda) through food.

Ayurveda medicine is a good company and guidance in the exercise of being present and aware in my own life. Paying attention to my food is a beautiful and noble way to exercise that.

 

Morning juice (for any dosha):

 

* Carrot+Peach+Honey and Cinnamon (go ahead with Ginger, Orange or Lemon too).

 

Watch it Pitta! For you with a Mint-Twist and ice, or just enjoy it when the sun goes down, you will feel "slightly" energized, so don't take it too far.
